Daniel Adamson

Throughout his career, Daniel has worked on hundreds of cases and has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients while earning several industry awards, such as:

Being named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list is an honor, especially considering that only 2.5% of the attorneys in Georgia make it onto the list. He is also thankful to the National Trial Lawyers Association for recognizing him as one of the Best Lawyers in Georgia Under the Age of 40.

In addition to being fluent in Spanish, Attorney Adamson takes pride in helping Atlanta’s large Hispanic community.

Education & Career

Daniel grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia, and has resided in the Atlanta area most of his life. He attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He then attended Georgia State University College of Law, attaining his Juris Doctorate in 2013.

While attending law school, Daniel clerked for an Atlanta firm specializing in plaintiff-side litigation, including Federal Employers’ Liability Act cases. There, he discovered his passion for advocating for those who have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of others.

Upon graduating from law school, he started working for a large firm specializing in personal injury/wrongful death and workers’ compensation, then as a senior associate supervising two attorneys, helping to kickstart their legal careers.

In 2018, Attorney Daniel Adamson joined The Dixon Firm. Throughout his legal career, he has honed his negotiation, litigation, and leadership skills, which earned him the current role as managing partner. As managing partner, Daniel oversees firm operations and facilitates firm growth, while continuing to stay true to The Dixon Firm’s core mission where clients come first.
